Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received.
Processing times may be extended during holidays or promotional periods. We will notify you of any delays.

2. Digital Products:

Digital products are available for download immediately after purchase. If you encounter issues accessing your digital files, please contact us at support@rootedandradiant.store.

Shipping Rates

1. Flat Rate Shipping (within the US):

Small Items: $5.95
Medium Items: $8.95
Large Items: $12.95

2. Free Shipping:

Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping Methods

We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for all physical product shipments.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is shipped.

Delivery Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or Damaged Items

Include your order number and photos of the damaged product or packaging.
